Aura Construction Management was established in 2022 by Josh Lirette, driven by his longstanding aspiration to own a construction company. With a deep-seated passion for construction instilled in him from an early age, Josh sought to establish a business and culture that would provide a unique and outstanding service to his clients.
Bringing over a decade of experience, Josh has actively participated in various commercial projects (including dental clinics, pharmacies, medical clinics, physio clinics, retail spaces, restaurants, and warehouses) as well as multi residential endeavors (amassing over 1000 apartments units collectively).
Josh’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick (UNB) and is accredited as a Gold Seal Certified (Project Manager) by the Canadian Construction Association, alongside holding the Commissioner of Oaths designation.
Sara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Moncton in 2021. She brings a robust background in civil engineering and project coordination to Aura Construction Management. In the past three years, Sara has excelled as a Project Coordinator, managing an array of commercial projects, including a significant distribution center in Moncton and multiple residential developments. Her experience extends to roles such as a Development Officer in the Moncton area and a Building Inspector for the province, where she specialized in overseeing overpass and road construction.
Sara is committed to leveraging her technical expertise and field experience to drive the success and expansion of Aura Construction Management.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a specialization in structural engineering from Dalhousie University in 2024, showcasing expertise in steel, concrete, and timber design. Prior to this, he attained his Electrical Engineering Technology diploma from NBCC in 2019. His professional journey encompasses diverse roles, including serving as a Production Planner in Moncton and an Electrical Engineering Technologist, focusing on Electrical CAD Technology, in Fredericton for a brief period. Additionally, he has undertaken summer positions as an engineering student in both Moncton and Halifax, contributing as a Construction Site Inspector, Construction Estimator, and participating in land development project design.
Kevin’s skill set extends to technical drawings and CAD modeling software, excelling particularly in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and SolidWorks. He has accrued hands-on experience in field site inspections and quality control assessments, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering excellence.
Following his graduation from the University of Moncton with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 2019, Justin embarked on his professional journey in the commercial construction sector. With a small stint as a site superintendent on various commercial projects in the greater Moncton area, he later transitioned into heavy civil and industrial construction projects. This shift led him to work as a field engineer on a major water treatment project situated in Fermont, QC.
Drawing from the insights and expertise acquired by these jobs, Justin made the decision to return to his roots and contribute to the growth of the Moncton community. With a commitment to fostering positive relationships within the construction realm, Justin brings to Aura Construction Management a great work ethic and a solid foundation of technical proficiency.
With over 20 years at the helm of a Florida-based construction company specializing in renovations, Mario brings more than four decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
His expertise encompasses a wide range of trade work, including wood framing, exterior wall coverings, flooring, drywall installation, taping, finishing, and painting.
With over 20 years of experience as a site supervisor in the interior systems mechanics field, Steven has established himself as a trusted leader in the Greater Moncton region’s commercial and industrial sectors. With more than three decades in the construction industry, he holds and Interprovincial Red Seal certification as a journeyman in ISM.
Steven is known for his hands-on approach and commitment to continuous learning, ensuring he stays updated with industry trends and techniques. His keen attention to detail and dedication to meeting deadlines make him a reliable partner for any project. Focused on delivering quality results, Steven engages with his team to ensure every project is completed on time and to the highest standards.
